Normal standard labs tests, if ordered by our practice would be processed through your insurance plan and may be partially or fully reimbursed, however certain specialty testing must be pre-paid out of pocket, but you could submit it for possible reimbursement from your insurance if you desire.

Mistletoe (viscum album extract) has been used as medicine for centuries. In latter days it has been available as concentrated extracts and administered mostly by shallow skin injection and even by intravenous method, and this is a therapy that is available at IM of CNY when indicated.
Most of the medical uses come under the headings of improving immune performance and the effectiveness of chemotherapy and/or radiation as well as reducing side effects of chemotherapy for cancer and improving quality of life. Most research on the application of mistletoe has been performed in Europe and hence its use is much more common there than in the United States. It is considered “the most well studied integrative cancer therapy in the world with 75-85% of all European cancer patients utilizing this medicine.”
Helleborus niger is a winter-blooming perennial evergreen plant found in European alpine forests. Its beautiful flowers have white petals and yellow-orange centers. It is a medicinal plant, and its extracts are made into homeopathic remedies by the company Helixor according to an anthroposophic therapeutic approach in Germany since 1994.
Helleborus niger is used in the treatment of cancer and other chronic inflammatory diseases such as autoimmune disease and chronic Lyme disease around the world. Most commonly it is used as a complement to mistletoe therapy but can also be used by itself in circumstances where mistletoe is not tolerated (ie, in highly inflammatory conditions). Interest is growing in the application of Helleborus niger for the treatment in disorders of the central nervous system (CNS), neurological trauma, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, post radiation and chemotherapy fatigue, endometriosis, edema, acute arthrosis (inflamed joints) and rheumatoid arthritis as well as Kaposi’s sarcoma and respiratory infections in AIDS patients. Several case studies on anxiety towards the end of life has encouraged use of this medicine in palliative care settings as well. There is also interest in the application of Helleborus for Lyme disease and CNS symptoms related to autistic spectrum disorders.

Dr Puc is a wonderful doctor. I feel fortunate to have found her. She is attentive with her patients and takes her time to listen in order to come up with the best treatment plan.
This is the first time I have ever felt like my doctor knows me as a patient, rather than just rushing through the appointment and giving me a prescription. She truly gets to the root of the problem. Healing doesn’t happen overnight, but for the first time in years I am on the right track.
I have been misdiagnosed by other doctors for years, taking unnecessary medication’s, some, which were very harmful and addictive.
Her NP, Jen, is also amazing. She helped my son recover from an illness that was also misdiagnosed. After one session with Jennifer, we had answers and a solution.
The entire staff at IM of CNY is friendly and knowledgeable. My only regret is not making an appointment sooner.

This is where the healing begins! I have been with Dr Heidi since she opened her office in August of 2018 I have already been on a regiment of supplements and herbs to fight my Lyme( which caused my 4 cancers) I did not need to change what I already had in place, she was addition to my existing medical team.
Communication is superior as there is an online portal that you can get a hold of anybody on her team. Insurance with any Lyme doctor it's not available however there's great assistance to file your own claim, with the receipt given by her office.
I highly recommend this office to start feeling better

I can’t say enough about Dr. Puc and her entire team of incredible staff. It’s a warm and inviting office. The staff if so kind and go out of their way to listen and help answer questions.
The nurses are patient, even when my veins love to play hide and seek each time I come for my infusions. They are extremely thorough, and even ask about my symptoms to inform Dr. Puc of any changes or issues.
Dr.Puc is kind, very professional, listens which I think is very important, and she knows Lyme and how to treat it. She’s honest with you. She’s supportive when I have come to her with other ideas. She’s extremely efficient each appointment, and I know I am getting the best care I can get when I am there.
I also go for Reiki, and I highly recommend it. They have given me so much of my life back. Getting my life back is worth the money, and experience I get there.

She is a caring, incredible doctor. I feel very lucky to have found her. I highly recommend her and everyone in her practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Puc for a few years now. I am delighted to report that I am feeling the best I have felt in many, many years thanks to Dr. Puc's treatment plan. So nice to have a doctor who listens to you and treats all your maladies - tick borne diseases being just one of my medical issues. It is a process - better health doesn't happen overnight.

When I first got diagnosed with cancer, I had heard of Dr. Puc. I knew I needed her in my life. She would be my game changer. I know with her taking care of me, and lots of prayers of course, I am so farther ahead than people and myself thought I would be at this time."
