Mission/Purpose
This is a unique position in that the Medical Administrative Assistant will be working directly with an impactful team of integrative health and wellness advocates in an integrative medicine practice in Central New York, providing client-facing support at the front desk, completing various administrative duties related to the practice, and join a collaborative team that operates on truth and integrity. Needs to be willing to learn and run a holistic healing modality that involves bioenergetics and energy imprinted water as a part of their role at IMOFCNY.

Accountabilities
● Encode incoming lab reports and regularly update patient charts.
● Ensure charts are prepared for practitioners next day appointments, send to team members for proper chart prep if not.
● Execute on tasks from either of our health practitioners.
● Answer phone calls as they come in and return missed phone calls within the next 24 hours or next business day.
● Check and reply to emails and correspondence within 24 hours during normal business hours.
● Log all standing tasks from any patient communication onto Cerbo for progress tracking and completion.
● Check people in and out of the office, take payment, and schedule follow-up appointments.
● Fax documents as needed
● Take orders from patients for supplements and package supplements for shipment to the patient.
● Before ending a work day, decide on 2 tasks you will execute on the following business day.
● Maintain cleanliness of the office floors, desks, and waiting area
● Learn and help provide the services of a holistic healing modality involving bioenergetics.
What technical knowledge do you have to perform in your role?
Required
● Microsoft Office (Office 365, Outlook, OneDrive)
Preferred
Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
● Cerbo (EMR)
Qualifications (Must haves):
● At least 1 year in customer service or similar client-facing role
● Proficient in using modern technologies (laptops/computers, some tech software)
● Loves task and project organization and systems
● Consider follow-through a personal strength
● Is a self-starter and can complete tasks with minimal supervision
Qualifications (Nice to haves):
● Interest in Integrative Healing modalities and a willingness to learn more Qualifications
● Experience using Cerbo (EMR)

Are you an RN who loves building real connections with patients and wants to be part of a small, supportive, and growing integrative medical practice? We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled nurse who is excited about whole‑person healing and bringing both traditional and natural approaches together. You will be part of a warm, mission‑driven practice where your voice matters and your work truly helps patients improve their lives.
We also value providing employees with a healthy work-life balance. Our office is closed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Additionally, there are no evening working hours or requirements to work on Company holidays. We also do not require on-call duty hours.
Integrative Medicine of CNY is a physician‑led integrative medicine practice focused on thoughtful, personalized care. Our team blends conventional treatments with nutraceuticals, wellness‑focused therapies, and a strong emphasis on patient education. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who values teamwork, curiosity, and genuine patient care. The RN fulfills an important role and some of the responsibilities for the successful candidate include:
· Conducting patient assessments.
· Mixing and administering nutraceutical infusions and injection.
· Accessing ports using sterile techniques.
· Obtaining vascular access using peripheral IV or picc line.
Successful candidates must possess a current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license and certification in BCLS/ACLS/AED. At least one year of Infusion experience is highly desired. Experience or interest in integrative or natural medicine is preferred. Other important and demonstrated skills for this position will include:
· Strong clinical assessment skills.
· Clear, compassionate communication.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
· Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced setting.
· Commitment to continued learning—especially around wellness, nutraceuticals, and integrative therapies.
