Mission/Purpose
This is a unique position in that the Licensed Practical Nurse will be working directly with an impactful team of integrative health and wellness advocates in an integrative medicine practice in Central New York , provide appropriate medical care for our health participants together with practitioners, and join a collaborative team that operates on truth and integrity. We value quality of life for all: the office is closed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, there are no evening work hours and no on-call duty or holiday hours.

Accountabilities
● Complete lab reviews in a timely manner.
● Proficiency in documentation on our EMR, Cerbo
● Restock of infusion inventory;
● Blood draws/fingersticks;
● Patient communication;
● Experience with patient assessment
● Obtaining records/labs;
● Respond to portal messages with responses from the practitioner
● Referrals and Prior Authorizations
What technical knowledge do you have to perform in your role? Preferred

Qualifications (Must haves):
● LPN license in NY
● BLS Certification

● Integrative medicine/natural healing experience or interest
● Have experience with Lyme disease, women’s health, pediatric health
● Experience using Cerbo

● Ability to access ports using sterile techniques
● Ability to obtain vascular access using peripheral IV or picc line
● Complete lab reviews in a timely manner.
● Proficiency in documentation on our EMR, Cerbo
● Mix and administer nutraceutical infusions and injections;
● Restock of infusion inventory;
● Giving injections;
● Blood draws/fingersticks;
● Patient communication;
● Perform EKGs;
● Prepare written prescriptions for physician signature;
● Experience with patient assessment
● Obtaining records/labs;
● Respond to portal messages and take action on all voicemails received from patients
What technical knowledge do you have to perform in your role? Preferred

Part-time Medical Administration Assistant
● Pay range: starting at $16/hour DOE
● Part-time, W2 position

Mission/Purpose:
This is a unique position in that the Medical Administrative Assistant will be working directly with an impactful team of integrative health and wellness advocates in an integrative medicine practice in Central New York, providing client-facing support at the front desk, completing various administrative duties related to the practice, and join a collaborative team that operates on truth and integrity.

Accountabilities:
Encode incoming lab reports and regularly update patient charts.
Ensure charts are prepared for practitioners next day appointments, send to team members for proper chart prep if not.
Execute on tasks from either of our health practitioners.
Answer phone calls as they come in and return missed phone calls within the next 24 hours or next business day.
Check and reply to emails and correspondence within 24 hours during normal business hours.
Log all standing tasks from any patient communication onto Cerbo for progress tracking and completion.
Check people in and out of the office, take payment, and schedule follow-up appointments.
Fax documents as needed
Take orders from patients for supplements and package supplements for shipment to the patient.
Before ending a work day, decide on 2 tasks you will execute on the following business day.
Maintain cleanliness of the office floors, desks, and waiting area
