Once an injury occurs, the body relies on the signaling carried out by platelets in your blood. Platelets detect danger, then the body allocates resources to respond based on this signaling.

Before repair can be made, inflammation must occur to make room for the healing resources to do their job.
Blood Vessel Growth
Blood vessels are like the roads to transport healing resources to the site of an injury. Platelets are directly responsible for this task through a process called angiogenesis.

It’s a treatment where we first draw a specific amount of blood based on your unique disease conditions and platelet levels, then we concentrate your platelets, and finally the platelets are re-infused back into you. How Do You Determine My Custom Dose?
Circulating platelet counts vary based on your body's condition. On the day of treatment, your provider will use a finger prick to obtain a few drops of blood for your platelet count measurement. Using this platelet measurement, our proprietary TruDOSE software compares your blood sample against analytics and metrics that impact a body’s ability to heal to determine a personalized treatment specifically for you.
How Does This Treatment Work?
Platelets are continually circulating the bloodstream actively overseeing the two most important activities of your body, your repair system and immune system. When a specific amount of blood is removed from your body and reintroduced at the right amount (dose/ concentration) meant for you at that specific time, three things happen:
1. Your immune and repair system is reset.
2. Excess platelets restart old, unresolved inflammatory repair and immune issues that are stuck in negative feedback loops so they can continue to complete their individual cycle of repair or immune clearance.
3. The ideal concentration amount (dose/concentration) recalibrates the ratios of various cells circulating in the bloodstream.
What Is The Treatment Process?
1. Finger prick to test your blood. (1 min)
2. Blood is measured and software is used for your personalized treatment. (5 min)
3. Blood is drawn based on your personalized treatment and centrifuged to separate the platelets. (20 min)
4. After centrifugation, treatment is remeasured to confirm platelet concentration amount. (5 min)
5. Following confirmation, treatment is administered. (10 min)
6. Observation: Your provider will observe you for a short period of time. (10 min)
7. Start to finish the treatment time is approximately 50 to 60 minutes.
What Are The Risks?
TruDOSE Regenerative Therapy™ is considered a very low risk procedure. It is an autologous procedure – meaning it is using blood from your own body. Some patients may experience a temporary herxheimer reaction following the treatment. Speak to your TruDOSE™ provider on ways to minimize or eliminate herxheimer reactions.

What should I expect after treatment?
This depends on the individual, the disease condition, and many other factors. Each person’s healing progress will be slightly different...even if two people have the same disease condition. You should experience effects from the treatment within 24-72 hours. Some people experience immediate benefits before they leave the office. Early common signs of our treatment are great sleep, increased energy, cognitive improvement, and other positive changes within the first 24-72 hour timeframe.
